What is included in a Proplytics report?
Every report includes a full After Repair Value (ARV) estimate based on genuine comparable sales, a 70% rule analysis, ROI projections, local market trends, and risk flags covering flood zones, subsidence, conservation areas, and more. Reports also include comparable property data and an overall investment recommendation.
What is the difference between your report tiers?
Our reports range from a Single Property Research report focused on one specific address, through to Local and Area-Wide Directory reports that scan entire postcodes or regions. Higher tiers include selling agent details, broader comparable searches, and more properties analysed. See our Services comparison table for a full breakdown of what each tier includes.
How long does a report take?
Most reports are delivered within 2-3 business days. Turnaround depends on the report type and the complexity of the area being researched. If you need a report urgently, please get in touch via our Contact page and we will do our best to accommodate.
What areas of the UK do you cover?
We cover all of England and Wales. Our research uses Land Registry data, local authority records, and publicly available listings to build each report. Scotland and Northern Ireland use different property registration systems and are not currently supported.
